South Australia’s Mid North Region is a natural transit & tourist gateway as well as a multi generational agricultural region producing a wide variety of broad acre crops and grapes at higher altitudes. From Spencer Gulf to The Barrier Highway, close to 40,000 people live and work in the region.

Local pubs, restaurants, bars and cafes are the meeting places and livelihood of many of the towns within the region and the South Australian tourism economy. For that reason we decided to create a range of quality spirits within the region using locally sourced wheat.

midnorthdistillingco was established in 2024 by the team behind the Curly Goose & Sawmill Gin in Sevenhill, driven by a simple mantra for our locally sourced and produced product range.
